One of our favorite family meals in the warmer months is a light and bright salad that we curate in our own way taken from a well known restaurant. There is a variety of ways to make this dish your own, but we will give you the basics here. This is also a great idea for a picnic or family gathering.
Spinach Strawberry Salad
Ingredients:
-spinach
-sliced strawberries
-chopped nuts
-feta
-a light, creamy sweet vinaigrette
-for additional nourishment, add grilled chicken
Feel free to exchange the spinach for your choice of leafy greens, add other seasonal fruits or veggies, mix up the chopped nuts and add your choice of protein. This dish is bright, springy and delicious!
