Our Story
Wildflower Hygge came to life through the longing of a slower pace. A place to move our bodies gently, to nourish our souls well and to embrace the life of Christ in every aspect of our being. Katie's love of practicing and teaching yoga, along with a desire to incorporate a more hygge (hoo-ga) lifestyle pairs beautifully with Cne's gift of art, aesthetics and online content creating. These two women, along with the community that supports them, want to embrace you like a cozy blanket so you can slow down, soften and breathe in His presence. The hope is that each one of us can find at least one new way to live at the pace of presence and walk like Jesus walked. We welcome you to Wildflower Hygge.
Meet The Team

Katie Brown
Founder, Yoga Teacher, Writer
Slow living has been something Katie's family has been learning and implementing in their daily rhythms for a couple of years now. Adding in her love of yoga, Katie wondered about a space to combine both things through the lens of following Jesus. Along with writing a couple of books, Katie has her 200 hour yoga teacher certification, and is continuing towards her 500 hour. You can find a full collection of her yoga videos on YouTube. Katie enjoys time with her family in nature, snuggling with her puppies and reading too many books at once. Katie hopes that through this beautiful place, people can find a slower pace, reconnect with Jesus and find healing through Him.

Cne' Rodrigue
Writer, Editor
Born in southern Texas and relocated to Colorado in her first months of marriage, Cne' is an avid lover of a quiet mountain and decaf cups of coffee but not as much as she loves the ocean and beach combing. She has been writing since publishing a few short poems for her elementary school and never stopped after that. Through writing content for her own Instagram account and the newly developed Instagram and blog, Sanctum, she came across a love for digital creation. When she isn't writing or creating, she is a wife to her husband of eleven years and home-school mom of two. You can find her in her office practicing yoga, journaling, or taking on a new hobby. It is her passion to encourage people towards a life of true well-being through biblical truth and fostering intimacy with God.
